Non-Stock parts, parts marked “Yes” in the N/S column, will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Stock parts will be charged a restocking fee of 15% after 90 days. Parts will not be considered for return after 365 days. All parts returned must have been purchased from Gregory Poole (an invoice or a packing slip is required). All returned parts must be in saleable condition with original packaging. We are unable to accept items marked “No” in Returnable column if the item is a non-stock part. Parts that have been cut such as hoses, copper tubing, wire rope and chain will not be acceptable for return. Any part may be rejected for return if the part does not meet the Parts Manager’s approval. Any shortage claim must be submitted within 10 business days from order date to qualify for consideration.
Remanufactured cores must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for core credit consideration based on Caterpillar returnability guidelines.
